Evan Rose

I am a PhD student in the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University, where I am part of the Network and Distributed Systems Security Lab (NDS2). I am fortunate to be advised by Alina Oprea.

I am interested in improving the security properties of machine learning systems. Recent research topics include poisoning traceback and designing secure-by-design agentic systems.

Prior to joining Northeastern, I recevied a B.S. in Computer Science and B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Virginia. During this time, I was mentored by Professor David Evans in the Security Research Group.
